We stay in close communication with our customers ensuring that their delivery to Italy or any other delivery to a European country is done as and when we have said it would.

Sometimes we liaise with our trusted partners who run courier vans in and out of Europe. These small companies that have helped us out in the past, are very honest and apply the same standards of service to our customers as their own. We sometimes work as a small network, mainly because a customer of ours may require their furniture or domestic goods to be delivered to Italy on a certain date when we may already be delivering to Spain or Western France on that date. Our team of trusted couriers will sometimes be able to accommodate this and keep everyone happy!

Our loads to Europe are often collected up, stored in our secure unit and when we have a trip all ready to go, we can collate the goods carefully together and go.
